Welcome to Bucket List Puzzles®. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alesky Limited. Alesky Limited operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Bucket List Puzzles® is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with the policies referenced herein describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Access and account

You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent for a minor using your device). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (e.g., email, billing, payment and shipping details) and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Our products

We try to display products accurately, but colours/appearance can vary by device and settings. Product descriptions may change without notice; we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion; your order is accepted once payment is processed and we confirm acceptance. Requests to cancel after acceptance may not be possible. Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You confirm purchases are for personal/household use (not resale or export).

4. Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price at checkout/confirmation applies. Unless expressly stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling and any customs/import charges. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us to charge all applicable amounts.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from the UK. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Title and risk pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Tracking is provided for tracked services.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Services (including trademarks, text, images and designs) is owned by Alesky Limited or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No licences are granted except as expressly stated.

7. Optional tools

Third-party tools may be offered “as is” and “as available”. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. We are not liable for those tools.

8. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites or materials are provided for convenience. We don’t control or endorse them and aren’t responsible for any damage or loss related to your use of them. Review third-party terms/policies before transacting.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Bucket List Puzzles® is powered by Shopify. Sales you make are with Alesky Limited, not Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge Shopify isn’t responsible for your purchases or any related loss/damage, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with us.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, some information is processed by Shopify and its service providers (which may be outside the UK/EEA). 11. Feedback

If you submit reviews, ideas or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display it. You warrant you own the Feedback and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law. We may remove Feedback we deem unlawful or objectionable.

12. Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally information on the Services may contain errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, availability, shipping charges). We may correct or update information and cancel orders if necessary, even after you’ve submitted an order.

13. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g., illegal activity, IP infringement, harassment, spreading malware, scraping, spamming, or attempting to bypass security). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination do so (including IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law).

Except as expressly stated by us, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alesky Limited (and its officers, employees, agents, partners and service providers) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alesky Limited, Shopify and their affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.

18. Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the maximum extent permitted.

19. Waiver; entire agreement

Failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced here constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

20. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer them at any time.

21. Governing law

These Terms and any disputes or claims (contractual or non-contractual) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised Terms with the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect on the date stated; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
