Shipping policy

Dispatch & origin
Orders ship from the UK. We prepare orders within 1–2 working days (Mon-Fri, excl. bank holidays).

Where we ship
We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Service & speed
Standard UK delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or equivalent tracked service).
Typical transit time is 2-4 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking by email.

Upgrades
Faster services may be available at checkout.

Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we can resend it once additional postage is paid. If you need an address change, email info@bucketlistpuzzles.com as soon as possible - changes aren’t always possible once an order is processed.

Delays
Once handed to the carrier, delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, strikes, or peak-season volumes are outside our control, but we’ll always help track your parcel.

Lost parcels
Royal Mail classifies a parcel as lost 10 working days after the due date. If yours hasn’t arrived by then, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours so we can open a claim and resolve it quickly.

Packaging
Where possible we use recyclable packaging.
