Bucket List Puzzles® – Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t right, I want to make it right.

Returns

You may return unopened puzzles within 30 days of the order date.
The item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty / Missing Pieces

If your puzzle arrives damaged, has missing pieces, or a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and your order number.

I will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on availability.

• Your Name
• Order Number
• Reason for return
• Photos if applicable

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
